So far in 2007 SAE-UK has had representation with a major stand at Autosports 2007, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles Confrerence, Advanced Automotive Electronics.
- Nicole Alridge Media Presenter. Described by Company Members of SAE-UK.org as the best aspect of Autosports Show at the NEC in 2007, Nicole provides Consultancy on Marketing to
SAE-UK.org as well as representing us at National Events and providing us with a Spokesperson. SAE-UK members will know her well from our Events and Press Releases.

- Competent Business Solutions: Every single transaction is invoiced, receipted and reported as part of the financial management of SAE-UK in a single financial package that connects directly with a membership database allowing online enrolment and renewals with credit card payments ensuring an up-to-date database held centrally, used many times for Corporate Communications extending well beyond membership ensuring the broadcasting of SAE-UK far and wide into the UK industries.
- Marketing - processes and systems were developed by Brian Bailey - Marketing expert in Washington DC. Brian laid the foundation and template for the SAE-UK.org site that has been replicated for www.VehicleTechnology.org and www.DefenceIntegration.org
- Database development has a core membership database with an additional, substantial and segmented marketing database.
- SAE-UK Call centre - this new international facility has enabled in excess of 4,000 potential and current members being personally contacted. It is planned to make contact with the whole (growing) database on a quarterly bases. Some of the activities of the Call Centre include validating core contact data (Name, E-mail, Telephone, Postal address etc) and Notification of Local and national events including visits from SAE-Intnerational VIPs
- E-mail - notification of local events and technical reports
- Sales - We now have four persons driving new business sales between the Call Centre, Events Team and marketing contributions.

- www.VehicleTechnology.org focuses on the Automotive Market, I'm sure you are aware this is now a high quality magazine supported by excellent articles. It's coverage has gone from 1,000 member's magazine circulation to 20,000 including email distribution. The purpose of the magazine has also changed from internal to a broad corporate communication tool throughout the UK Design and Manufacture Base. This development facilitates company adverting opportunities as the circulation now reflects the growing interest in mobility as a general interest subject.
